The Board of Directors of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association (AREUEA) invites proposals for Editorship of the Association’s journal, Real Estate Economics (REE). REE was first published in 1973 and is the oldest academic journal focusing on real estate issues and is considered the premier journal for real estate related topics. The journal facilitates communication among academic researchers and industry professionals and improves the analysis of real estate decisions. Articles span a wide range of issues, from tax rules to brokers commissions to corporate real estate including housing and urban economics, and the financial economics of real estate development and investment.
