Clinical Professor of Finance and Business Economics - Real Estate Finance
Applications are invited for a full-time non-tenure-track faculty position (open rank) in the Department of
Finance and Business Economics at the USC Gordon S. Marshall School of Business. The appointment will
begin Fall semester of 2020.

Applicants are sought in the area of Real Estate Finance.

This faculty position is for a full-time, multi-year academic appointment that is renewable. This position
requires teaching six one-semester courses per academic year. The successful candidate will teach classes in real
estate finance for undergraduate and graduate students. The candidate is also expected to engage in student
advising and faculty service activities, including workshops, recruiting events, and other activities supportive of
the Finance and Business Economics Department.

Preferred qualifications for full-time positions include a doctoral degree or foreign equivalent in an appropriate
area of study. Candidates nearing completion of their degree may also be considered. Preference may be
given to individuals with relevant experience in teaching at the college/university level.
