The Clemson University Department of City Planning and Real Estate Development (CPRED) seeks a Program Director for the Master of Real Estate Development Program (MRED), located in Downtown Greenville, SC. Clemson University is a Top-25 public university serving as the land-grant institution for South Carolina. The MRED Program is located 30 minutes from Clemson in the state-of-the-art Clemson One building located on Main Street in the heart of Greenville, SC.
The MRED Program is seeking candidates for a Program Director with the rank to be determined in either a tenured or non-tenured position. The position will begin in the 2019-2020 academic year. A Ph.D. is preferred, but individuals with exemplary professional experience and a professional master’s degree in real estate, finance, land development or a related concentration will be equally considered. The successful candidate should ideally possess teaching experience and demonstrate the ability to work well with industry professionals.
