Visiting Faculty Position in Real Estate (Spring 2018)

The School of Business at the University of San Diego (USD) invites applications for a non-tenure-track position in Real Estate for the spring semester of 2018. Rank and compensation will be commensurate with and reflective of the candidate’s academic experience. An applicant should have 1) a Ph.D. in real estate or a related field and 2) an established record of effective teaching.  The desired teaching specialties include commercial real estate finance, commercial real estate investment and real estate principles.

The University of San Diego School of Business offers an Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) degree program, as well as the real estate major and minor in the BBA degree. These academic programs are supported by the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate (www.usdrealestate.com), a center of excellence endowed by the real estate industry in San Diego.  The School of Business is AACSB accredited and committed to excellence in teaching and research.
