Assistant/Associate Professor in Real Estate Economics (ref: SRF21526)

We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Professor (Lecturer in UK universities) or Associate Professor to further strengthen the Real Estate Economics area in our Department and improve our competitiveness globally.  The role will require the successful candidate to publish world leading research in highly ranked journals. You will also contribute to the teaching across a range of postgraduate and undergraduate programmes.

Application deadline: 22 January 2018 (5pm GMT).

Interviews to be held on 20 February 2018.

The successful candidate will be expected to take a position by September 2018.

Requirements:

  • A PhD in economics, finance or real estate
  • Ability to carry out high quality research and teaching
  • A good understanding of one or more areas related to real estate economics
  • As part of your application process, you are also required to submit an electronic copy of a paper that you consider best represents your research work.  This may be published or unpublished.
